Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for supporting JG Photography by Jake Gluba. Each print is carefully produced to ensure the highest level of quality and craftsmanship. Because many pieces are made-to-order, please review the policy below before placing your order.

1. All Sales Policy

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our prints, canvases, and limited editions, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Color variations due to monitor differences

  • Framing preference changes

Please review sizing and product details carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction matters. If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery

  • Email jakestakesobx@gmail.com

  • Include your order number and clear photos of:

    • The damaged product

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label

Once verified, we will:

  • Replace the item at no cost to you, OR

  • Issue a refund at our discretion

Claims submitted after 5 days of delivery may not be eligible.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

JG Photography is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier.

If your package is marked delivered but not received:

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office

We are happy to assist with filing a claim, but we are not responsible for carrier errors.

4. Limited Edition & Custom Orders

All limited edition, signed, or custom-sized prints are final sale and non-refundable.

These items are produced specifically for you and cannot be restocked.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already entered production.

After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

6. Color & Print Variations

Please note:

  • Colors may vary slightly between screens and final printed products.

  • Minor cropping differences may occur depending on aspect ratio selected.

These variations are not considered defects.
