Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright ownership.

All prints, canvases, and limited editions are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

Adjust pricing without prior notice
Limit quantities per order

We strive for accuracy, but we do not guarantee that product descriptions, colors, or pricing are error-free.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

By placing an order, you agree to:

Provide accurate billing and shipping information
Authorize payment at checkout

We reserve the right to cancel orders if fraud or unauthorized transactions are suspected.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on production schedules and carrier delays.

JG Photography is not responsible for:

Carrier delays
Lost or stolen packages marked “Delivered”
Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before submitting your order.

6. Returns & Refunds

All sales are subject to our posted Refund & Return Policy.

Due to the made-to-order nature of fine art prints and limited editions, most sales are final unless items arrive damaged or defective.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JG Photography shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits or data
Issues resulting from misuse of products

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
